Mike Liebrum has been a successful salesman and real estate broker for over 30 years. After getting his college degree at SFA, Mike began his career as a real estate agent in Nacogdoches in 1975. Four years later he opened his own office as a real estate broker and found great success for the next 15 years. During that time he and his agency won various awards as Mike played an active role on the Nacogdoches Board of Realtors, and earned his reputation as one of the best real estate agents in Nacogdoches.

By the early 1990’s, Mike saw a need for more homes in the Nacogdoches area within the price range of $150,000 to $250,000. In 1994 Mike established Liebrum Development and Mike Liebrum Construction (later to be called Liebrum Construction, LLC) and built his first home.

In January 2004 Michael Liebrum Jr. joined the family business as a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science. Michael became a co-owner with Mike and brought with him two years of experience in commercial construction in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Since becoming an owner in 2004, Michael has transitioned into the primary builder for Liebrum Construction LLC. Michael has a portfolio of homes raniging from the low 100k's all the way up to the upper 700k's. He has built a wide array of styles over the years and looks forward to the challenge of each unique project. He has built over 45 homes bringing the company total to more than seven subdivisions and 150 newly constructed homes.
