Nacogdoches Real Estate - History
Mike Liebrum started selling real estate in Nacogdoches in 1975.
He started as a salesperson for Danny Powell and in 1979
started his own real estate office. Mike has been a successful
salesman and broker over the past 30 years. He has played an
active role in the Nacogdoches Board of Realtors and has
received many awards for his achievement.
In 1994 Mike observed a shortage of homes in the Nacogdoches
area within the price range of $150,000 to $250,000. It was at
this time that he formed Liebrum Development and Liebrum
Construction. Since that time our company has developed four
subdivisions and has built 100 plus homes.
In January 2004 Michael Liebrum Jr. joined our company. He is
a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in
Construction Science. Since graduation he has been in the
construction field in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are excited
to have Michael as part of our team. He is very involved in the
development division and the construction business. Michael
also offers remodeling opportunities for our clients.
